Three Things (Tres Thingos)
Judge House
will be riding circuit solo ALL next week. Plan accordingly.
Also, he will begin taking
TPOs at 8:30 am, and then will start taking
uncontested announcements. Don't say you weren't warned!
On May
24th, Child Support Recovery and Circuit will begin at 1:00 pm in
Dade County due to only one Judge being available that day (actually
that entire week). Please plan accordingly.
Catoosa Internet Update
As of this
posting, the internet in the Catoosa Law Library, in Judge Van
Pelt's Office and outside the Main Courtroom seems to be fixed and
working properly. Keep your fingers crossed that it stays that
way!!!
Old LaFayette
Pictures
Someone
loaded these
pictures on Facebook and for lack of a better word, I
downloaded them to share with those interested. If anyone has
a collection of old photos from Ringgold, Trenton, or Summerville,
please send them to me and I will post them.
Notice
Regarding Adoption Petitions
To
all attorneys and staff: The Superior Court Judges no longer have a
Law Clerk to review adoption petitions. It is NOT
necessary to send a
copy of your adoption petition for review. SAVE A TREE!!!
Lois Law Login Information: To access the Lois Law research page,
please contact either the local judge's secretary or the
Chief
Court Administrator. They have the username and password
for attorney and public use.
